-How can I find the pictures I’m looking for?
Events and games are placed into separate galleries that should be easy to find. There is also a site specific SEARCH engine to help you narrow your search. You can enter the sport, city, or event. Due to the sheer volume if images is impossible to search by player name.

-Can I enter a player’s name to see only his/her photos?
No. Unfortunately, Keywording for every individual player would delay the upload by several weeks.

-SPECIAL NOTE FOR TEAMS WITH FRENCH NAMES/CITIES!
Accents and special characters are coded differently on different operating systems and internet protocol. For this reason, when entering your team name/city, PLEASE DO NOT ADD ACCENTS to names or you will yield no search results. We apologize that this is incorrect in proper spelling, but at this time it is the only way to allow for searchable content.

Nous sommes désolés mais notre moteur de recherche ne reconnait pas les accents pour les noms de villes francais. Vous devez donc inscrire votre information sans accents. (Avec un "Francois" et un "Andre" sur norte équipe de photographe, nous nous excusons pour les inconvegnants. 

-Why do I need to register?
You only need to do so if you elect to make a purchase. With the variety or our products and services, it is the best way we can keep track of your orders and to fulfill our obligations to you. You can still see everything on our site without registering.

-Will you be sending me junk mail?
Nobody hates unsolicited mail more than we do; we will ONLY contact you regarding your order. We DO NOT forward your personal info to any third party, nor will we contact you in the future for any “promotions” etc.

-Are there shipping/mailing fees?
NO. (For digital files ordered).
YES. (For prints ordered). Shipping fees will appear in your cart, and will reflect the cost to safely package and mail the prints relative to the size ordered.

-How do I get the photos?
Prints are mailed to you using standard Canada Post. Digital Files are e-mailed to you.

-Why don’t you sell prints at the tournament?
1- We print on high-quality, true archival photo paper from a full service Photo Lab. Onsite printing is limited to inferior inkjet process.
2- You get to view only the pictures you want at your own leisure from the comfort of your home or office. No waiting in line for long periods of time looking through everyone else’s games.
3- We can offer more variety for you online, than we ever could on site.

-Why does it take so long before we can see/order the pictures?
At the tournament, we have our entire staff focusing on one thing: Getting the pictures you want. Then we need a few days to edit, process, and properly archive and keyword every image to make it easier for you to call up the pictures you are interested in through our customized search engine.

-Is your Website secure?
Yes. We use PAYPAL as our trusted secure transaction vehicle.

-How long will it take to get my images?
Prints and CDs are processed and shipped within 10 business days. Digital files are e-mailed to you in 3-5 business days.
PLEASE NOTE FOR UNIVERSIADE ORDERING: Print orders will be filled after the Games when we return from Serbia.

-Some of the photos look dark and/or greenish on the site. Can you do something to fix this?
Yes. Web-resolution images do not have the color range as the High Resolution photos you will receive. We custom color-correct every photo before sending.

-Will the © www.freestylephotography.com be printed on the photo as it is on the website?
No, it will not be on your photo. The photo credit only appears on the website.

-I can't find a picture of a player. Can you send me more samples to look through?
We've put every picture we have of the event/game on the site. We sincerely apologize if we missed the person you are looking for.

-How long will the pictures be available to order online?
Galleries are permanently deleted every 4 months.

-I’d like to buy pictures of the Ottawa Senators or Montreal Canadiens, where can I buy those?
NHL and NHLPA rules do not allow us to sell photos of NHL players.
